David grew up in a family that instilled in him the spirit of entrepreneurship. He started the company to help the sellers so that sellers can get the best results possible. We are not only cash buyers but strategists providing multiple options that tailor to your needs and work best for your interest. David holds a Master Degree in Economics from The University of Texas in Austin and Bachelor Degree in Math and Finance. Using his knowledge, kindness and creativity, he has helped many sellers solve their problems!

Jane Liao
Co-Founder/Chief Operation Officer
Jane started her real estate journey back to 2015 with her first furnished housing rental. Since then, she has hosted hundreds of groups of people from all over the world to Austin. Her investment portfolio includes single family houses, duplexes, and fourplexes. She is an investor with her sincere heart to everyone involved in the process. She listened to the true need of every seller and created offer tailored to the seller's need and closed fast or according to the timeline of sellers. She makes sure that our team always has compassionate listening ears and is striving hard to bring the most satisfied results to sellers. Now she focuses on building and maintaining a sustainable real estate buy-and-sell ecosystem (business models) for our company. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with the Master of Education.

Clementine Zhang
Executive Assistant/Legal Consultant
With her strong accounting and paralegal study background and financial analysis experience, Clementine helps our team stay firm in our financial and legal structures. She makes sure that every seller's case is moving forward timely. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with Master in Professional Accounting and is finishing her study in paralegal at Austin Community College.
